​How long will it take to get my order?
Because we print each item specifically for you, please allow 2–7 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location:
- ​USA: 3–5 business days.
- ​International: 10–30 business days depending on customs processing in your country.
- South Asia: 3-5 Business days.
- South Asia to Worldwide: 10-30 business days depending upon customs processing in your country.
​Where is my order shipping from?
Most of our items ship from our high-quality fulfillment centers in the USA and some from South Asia. For international orders, please note that your package may be subject to local import duties or VAT, which are the responsibility of the customer.
​Can I track my package?
Absolutely! As soon as your item is printed and handed to the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update.

​How do I know which size to pick?
We provide a detailed Size Chart on every product page. Because we custom-print each item upon order, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size selection. We highly recommend measuring a favorite garment you already own and comparing it to our charts!
​Will the colors look exactly like the screen?
We strive for 100% accuracy, but please note that colors may vary slightly due to different monitor settings and the nature of digital printing on fabric (DTG).
â€‹đŸ”„ Returns & Cancellations
​Can I cancel or change my order?
We move fast! Once an order is sent to our production partner (usually within a few hours), it cannot be canceled or modified. If you notice a mistake in your address, please contact us immediately.
​What is your return policy?
As a “Made-to-Order” boutique, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size errors. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will happily replace it or refund you within 14 days of receipt.
​What if my package is lost?
If the tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors. Lily Basics is not responsible for packages once they are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
