​At Lily Basics, every piece is custom-printed just for you at the moment of your order. Because we operate as a made-to-order boutique, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
​Damaged or Defective Items
​If your item arrives damaged, with a printing error, or is the wrong item entirely, we’ve got you covered.
- ​Notification Window: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
- ​Evidence Required: Please email us a clear photo/evidence of the damage or the error along with your order number.
- ​Resolution: If the fault lies with the manufacturing process, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Note: You do not need to ship the item back to us. Once the defect is verified, we will rush a replacement to you.
​Returns & Exchanges (Buyer’s Remorse)
​Because each item is unique and printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- ​Incorrect Size or Color Selection: Please refer to our size charts and color palettes before purchasing.
- ​Change of Mind: We cannot restock items once they are custom-made for you.
- ​Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to the provider due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
- Cancellations: Orders are sent to production within 2–3 hours of being placed. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately at sales@lilybasics.com. Once an item has entered production, we can no longer cancel or modify the order.
