​Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

Because we are a “Made-to-Order” boutique, we take quality seriously. If there is a printing error or physical damage, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with:

  • ​Photos of the damaged area.
  • ​A photo of the shipping label attached to the package (this is required by our fulfillment center to process a replacement).
